Let's walk through Cammo estate to the West of Edinburgh City and see which edible species of plants and fungi we can find in woods and fields and hedgerows in Scotland in December.. We will in particular focus our wonderrful, forgotten native spices to add a wild twist to your holiday baking and drinking.  Then we'll decorate our own gingerbread houses, build from an ancient wild spiced honey dough, while sampling foraged bakes and drinks..

Join me in a very special outdoor winter experience!

 Come on a  forage along the shoreline in Granton to learn about and collect wild winter edibles and aromatics .

We will taste them in a variety of small dishes and drinks and then use them to make our own Wild Winter Sugar and Spice scrub to take home and  to use i in our thirty minute to one hour sauna session in the new beautiful little wooden woodfired outdoor saunas by SoulWater Sauna in Granton.

We will finish oiur day of wild winter magic with a foraged meal around a cozy fire.
