Mushrooms, Seaweed and Seabuckthorn
10:00 am

In autumn our shores are brimming with wild edibles. This coastal autumn forage will focus on foraging the delicious superfood Seabuckthorn, and on its many culinary applications. Of course, we’ll also look at other edibles on land and in the water, particularly mushrooms and seaweeds.
